Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash and most major credit cards. Payment is due at the time services are performed.

DENTAL INSURANCE? Great!  We will submit your dental insurance claim electronically, so you can be reimbursed to the extent of your insurance coverage.   

You also have the option of having the insurer send payment directly to us (ie "ASSIGNMENT of benefits"),  in which case you would cover the 'patient portion' of the fee only  ( ie any portion not covered by the dental insurance plan)

We also accept patients with coverage under the new government Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP),   and the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that a scheduled appointment is a block of time that has been reserved just for you! If you need to cancel the appointment we require 48 hrs notice  (excluding weekends) to avoid a Short Notice Cancellation Fee.   

PATIENT FINANCING AVAILABLE   

We partner with humm to offer a flexible patient financing option where you can take up to 5 years to pay off your treatment.  You can choose from various monthly payment plans to find the one that works best for you!
